Optional activities: You can decide to take the guided tour to the mangler, dunes, and museum or enjoy it at the beach.
15:00 Buffet: You will have a buffet ready to eat.

16:20 Departure to CancĂșn: Be prepared to carry up all your personal things, once on board we cannot return.
18:30 Arrive to Cancun: Once we arrive at Cancun is the last disembark and your transportation will be ready to go.

What's included in the tour?
Everything you need for a complete day out: food aboard (burrito, fruit & dessert â vegan option available), Privilege open bar onboard, snorkeling equipment, dock & sanitation surcharge, roundtrip transportation, 2.5 hours of free time on Isla Mujeres, and 1 hour of open bar at IXI Beach.

What's NOT included?
Tips, photos/souvenirs, transportation or activities on Isla Mujeres itself, and umbrella/chair rental at IXI Beach.

How long is the tour?
Five hours total.

What are the departure times?
There are several options throughout the day. Check-in times: 8:00, 9:30, 11:00, 12:00, or 14:00. Departures vary between Marina Punta Norte and Marina Las Perlas.

What does "Privilege open bar" mean?
It's the top-tier bar with brands like Absolut vodka, Johnnie Walker Red, José Cuervo Especial Plata, Havana Club 3 or Appleton rum, house wine, juices, beer, and soft drinks.

What is the Dock & Reef Surcharge?
It's a mandatory federal fee of $20 USD per person that funds reef conservation, coral research, marina maintenance, and wastewater treatment. It's already included in this tour.

Where do you pick me up?
From most hotels and resorts in CancĂșn, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Morelos, Riviera Maya, Playacar, and Tulum. If you're staying at an Airbnb or vacation rental, there are designated meeting points throughout each zone.

Is snorkeling safe for kids?
Children under 10 are not allowed to snorkel. Life vests are mandatory for all participants in the water.

What should I bring?
Bathing suit, comfortable walking shoes, sunhat or cap, camera, cash for extras and tips, and biodegradable sunscreen.

What's the cancellation policy?
Since this is a shared tour: cancel 24+ hours before for a full refund; within 24 hours you can reschedule (refund only with a medical certificate); under 24 hours with no reschedule carries a 30% penalty.

What if the weather is bad?
Only the Harbor Master determines whether conditions are safe to navigate. Weather apps and websites are not valid reasons to cancel. If the port is officially closed, a full refund applies under force majeure.

Is there a vegan food option?
Yes â you can request a chapata or fresh vegetable mix instead of the standard burrito.

Can I bring my own drinks on board?
With Privilege open bar already included, there's typically no need. However, if you bring your own bottles, a corkage fee of $10 USD per bottle + tax applies.

Where does snorkeling take place?
At the El Meco reef. The specific location may vary depending on weather conditions or crowding.
