1. Do you rent boats for private tours?

Yes, we have a wide variety of catamarans on rental, all of which you can rent for you and your crew and sail away to Isla Mujeres or have a trip around the Cancun Bay.

 

2. How much does the dock/reef fee cost?

13 USD for infants above 5 years old, and adults. Children under 5 years do not pay.

3. Where is the departing location?

We have 3 different locations from which our tours and private boats depart from:

  1. Marina Chac Chi – Located on the hotel zone at km. 3.2 , right next to Cancun Bay Hotel.
  2. Marina Las Perlas – Located on the hotel zone at km. 2.5, right next to the Holiday Inn Arenas Hotel.
  3. Marina La Amada – Located at Paseo Mujeres, on Isla Mujeres Continental Zone.
4. How do I get to the departing marinas?
  1. We offer shared round transportation with an additional cost, from your hotel whether you are staying at Cancun, Playa del Carmen or Riviera Maya.
  2. You can ask for a cab if you are staying in Cancun, at a significant higher price, or take a bus if you are staying at the Hotel Zone. You should feel free to ask your hotel concierge for any directions.
5. Which are your sailing destinations?

All of our tours or private boats sail in direction to Isla Mujeres, with exception of one private boat tour that sails from and within Cozumel Island.

6. Are children allowed?

Of course. All of our tours are family-friendly. In any case you should indicate that you are travelling with children, so we can put you in a boat with more familiar ambiance, so you feel comfortable during the trip.

7. What is the drinking age in Mexico?

The legal age for drinking is 18 years old.
You must show your ID prior boarding.

 

8. Which beverages are included with the Open Bar?

You can choose between our National Open Bar or make an upgrade for our Premium Open Bar Service.

National Open Bar: Water, Sodas, Mineral Water, Mexican Beer, Bacardi White Rum, Jose Cuervo Tequila, Smirnoff Vodka, McAndrews Whisky.

Premium Open Bar: Individual water bottles, Sodas, Mineral Water, Mexican Beer, Bacardi White Rum, Jose Cuervo Especial Reposado Tequila, Smirnoff Vodka, Johnny Walker Red Whisky, wine (both red/ white), Juices (orange, pineapple, tomato and cranberry)

9. Are pregnant women allowed?

Yes, all our tours are suitable for pregnant women, but you must consider the risks before you decide taking part in activities such as snorkeling or spinnaker.
